AVIATION ANCILLARY COURSES

DESCRIPTION:

This section outlines the prospectus of courses run by ATT Academy for aviation human capital development. They are non- aircraft type courses but essential for the management of the aircraft airworthiness and welfare of aircraft personnel. These courses are themed with Course Code “B”.

TARGET GROUP AND REQUISITES:

Open to all personnel involved directly with aircraft maintenance, maintenance management, airworthiness monitoring, airworthiness & maintenance support staff, maintenance managers and supervisors, all other staff who may not necessarily hold an aircraft maintenance license.

DURATION:

The maximum duration for each ancillary course is 5 days. ATT Academy will endeavor to achieve the best impartation of knowledge within the stipulated time frame.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

The mean time objective of these courses is centered on the intent to enhance;

• Maintenance Management practices for technical engineers

• Safety attitude and professional practices for aircraft workers

• Induction of other engineering /scientific professionals into the affairs of aircraft business

• Effective manpower for aircraft maintenance production support

• Economic management of aircraft continuing airworthiness programs
